Dillon and Anthony’s partnership was born from shared ambition and shaped by years of lived experience on and off the court. What began as teammates in Melbourne evolved into a brotherhood defined by resilience, respect, and a deep belief in the power of connection.
Their journeys, spanning Australia, the United States, and Europe taught them that true success is built on relationships, integrity, and growth through challenge. Together, they bring that same philosophy to every athlete and organization they work with, blending their unique perspectives into one unified purpose: helping others rise, perform, and lead with authenticity.
Our founders
Dillon Stith is a Melbourne-based professional basketball player originally from Bedford, Virginia (USA). A proven winner, he is an NBL Champion, NBL1 All-Star, and former NCAA All-American, with a career that spans Australia, Europe, and the United States. Known for his versatility, leadership and work ethic, Dillon has become one of Australia’s most respected professional athletes, impacting teams as both a player and mentor. He now uses his experience to help develop the next generation of athletes through high-performance coaching and mindset training.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Anthony had a standout junior career, winning multiple national championships before earning an NCAA scholarship to Seton Hill University, where he captained the team from 2018 to 2020. After college, he played professionally in Spain and Australia, gaining valuable international experience.Of Greek heritage, Anthony is fluent in the language and holds Greek citizenship, giving him strong ties to the European market and unique access to opportunities across the continent.With a career spanning multiple countries and levels, Anthony knows what it takes to succeed on and off the court. As an agent, he brings the same honesty, work ethic, and belief in his clients that fuelled his own athletic journey. He values strong support networks and works tirelessly to help athletes reach their full potential.Committed to building lasting relationships, Anthony guides his clients with a personal yet professional approach.
